Closing Down My Blog

Hi Everyone,
After much thought, I have decided to close down my blog.
I started it originally to share craft information with other like minded people, but unfortunately I gave the name of my blog to someone who I now no longer want to have the chance to read what I have to say on this blog.
Thankyou to everyone who has given me positive comments in the past, and shown that you did care about what was happening in my life with my daughters & my grandchildren and my health.
I will continue to read your blogs and leave you comments.
Best wishes to you all. Sue

  2. Thankyou so much Donna. It is just unfortunate that there are people out there who want to pull you down and trample all over you. It seems that this is even more apparent when I am unwell - so it is best if I dont give them the opportunity any more. I wish you all the very best. Kind regards, Sue.

  3. I'm sorry as well. You find those people in whatever you try to do. Most of mine are my family...not immediate. I just go on my merry way and post what I want anyway.

I enjoy my blog, but I really don't like FB. Just use it to check on my kids...grin.

Here's wishing you the very best in whatever you decide to do and may God Bless you and show you favor.

  4. Hi Sue, this is so sad. Perhaps think about a new blog with a new name (even use a pen name) and dont tell the snitchy ones. Will miss you. x

  5. Yes, great idea Sue. I had already thought I might do that. I won't let the 'snitchy' ones know. I don't want to lose touch. I'll send you an email when I do. x

  6. Oh Sue, your so kind hearted and have no nasty bone in your body, friendly, reliable, generous, a true friend who has helped me heaps through my many ups and downs and I can talk after knowing you for almost 30 years.....I must say don't let those snitchy persons rain on your day...you enjoy it and if they don't like it let them not read it...its their problem if they read and don't like..."Nick off nasty people...go read somewhere else"...get a real life and try not ruining someone elses enjoyment.. I am praying for you darl... and like Sue B(he he)said get a pen name and Don't tell them..

  7. Awww, that is very unfortunate. Perhaps you might consider a new blog and a new name? I will miss you!

  8. Thankyou all for your wonderful words of encouragement and support. I will probably start up a new blog at another time when I am feeling better. As suggested, I might do it under a different name, so that the people who have upset me dont have the chance to ruin my joy or try to tell me what I should or should not do or say. Thanks, hugs Sue xxx

  9. Sometimes people are soooo horrid aren't they? I had something similar happen to me once, but decided to ignore it. I know it hurts like heck (probably even more than your kneee!), and will be sorry if you go, but I hope you'll keep in touch.

  10. Hi Sue... I agree with the others about a new blog with a new name.
    Give yourself the needed time.
Please keep me posted via email or my blog...
    God Bless! Karen

  11. Hi Sue,

I had exactly the same issue this time last year. I gave it to a 'friend' who then let me down badly and I no longer wanted her to have any knowledge of me or my life. I started a new blog and left a post on the original offering existing followers the chance to email me if they wanted to know the new blogs name and location. I eventually came back to my original blog though, and I know that person still looks but I dont put as much 'information' on any more, I keep it a lot more general than I had previously just to stop her nose poking in basically. It is hard, but dont let one individual stop you from posting to your lovely blog! very best wishes to you whatever you choose to do, BH x
